“ The service was amazing, the owner came to welcome us and introduce himself. The server was very nice and helpful with recommendations. The food was incredible. The owner also offered us espresso on the house while we waited for our dessert. 10/10. ”
“ Showed up Friday night at dinner to a packed house with a party of 7. Host: do you have reservations? Us: no. Host: let me see what I can do. There was a couple leaving, and they scavenged another table and put them together for us. So welcoming. The drinks came quick. Appetizers shortly after. And despite the packed venue, our food came out in a reasonable time. Food was authentic Italian and very delicious. Wait staff was great, and the Host came to check on us multiple times. There was live music too. Very nice. ”

It seems I can’t leave multiple reviews, but this place deserves it. I can’t begin to explain how great the staff is and how amazing the food is. We were there for the Valentines dinner and we are beyond happy with everything. Take it from me a guy who has ate basically everywhere in Southwest Ontario this place is must try. And will be part of our date nights from here on out. Great food, drinks, dessert, espresso, service and atmosphere. ”

Gus, the consummate host, greeted us at the door and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. It was the first visit to The Balcony for our friends and the second time for my partner and myself. The menu has so many delicious looking choices! The drinks menu has been carefully curated, the food was expertly prepared and presented, the servers were friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. Our friends were very impressed with the whole evening from start to finish, and we were just as delighted this time as we were last time. The food was absolutely amazing!! I had the Antonio 20 , and hubby had the best burger he's ever had, and that's a lot to compare to. Price was way better than I anticipated also. We will definitely be returning on a regular basis. ”
